The Calabash Elks Lodge held a spaghetti dinner to raise funds for their
Childrens Christmas Party. In addition to the money raised, each diner was
asked to bring an unwrapped toy to be distributed to needy children in Brunswick

Elks 2679 Bingo donates approx. 60lbs of food as well as a check & cash
of $155.00 to Brunswick Family Assistance. Pictured from left to right is Andy

The
Calabash Elks Lodge held a charity dinner dance to raise funds for Hope Harbor,
a shelter for abused and battered women. The dinner, raffle and donations from
the Elks Lodge, Elks Lodge Past Exalted Rulers, VFW, VFW Auxiliary, and others
raised over $3600. Dollars which was presented to Dr. Richard Warner, President
of Hope Harbor. In addition the Elks Lodge announced that it had received an
Impact Grant from the Elks National Foundation in the amount of $10,000. to
refurbish the kitchen at Hope Harbor. Pictured from L-R is Past Exalted Ruler
